SECURITY INDUSTRY

Coming into force 1st October 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4, 8, 15(8), 24(1) and 24(5) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001f1, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 24(1) of that Act.
In accordance with section 24(4)f2 of that Act he has consulted with the Scottish Ministers and the Security Industry Authority.
