# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 Regulations (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 2: Extension of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 to Scotland


The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Exemption) (Aviation Security) Regulations 2006 are amended by inserting “and Scotland” after “Wales” in Regulation 1(2).
