  "text": "Security Industry\nMade 4th December 2011\nLaid before Parliament 8th December 2011\nComing into force 1st January 2012\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(7), 15(8) and 24(1) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 24(1) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 24(4) of that Act she has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and the Security Industry Authority.",
