Coming into force 11th April 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13(5) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, having consulted the Security Industry Authority in accordance with sections 13(6) and 24(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
