# The Private Security Industry (Licence Fees) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 13th March 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(4) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987.
In accordance with section 102(5) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
