# The Private Security Industry (Licence Fees) Order 2020, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2020
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(4) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 102(5) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the House of Commons.
