Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry (Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 28th February 2005.

In these Regulations, “the 2004 Regulations” means the Private Security Industry (Licences) Regulations 2004f1.
