  "text": "SECURITY INDUSTRY\nMade 18th December 2006\nLaid before Parliament 21st December 2006\nComing into force 1st February 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8, 9 and 24(1) and (5) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.\nIn accordance with section 24(4) of that Act he has consulted with the Scottish Ministers and the Security Industry Authority.",
