  "text": "SECURITY INDUSTRY\nMade 4th February 2004\nLaid before Parliament 5th February 2004\nComing into force 1st March 2004\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 8, 9 and 24(5) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 24(1), and having consulted, in accordance with section 24(4) of that Act, the Security Industry Authority, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
