  "text": "In Article 5(1)(h) of the principal Order-\n(a) for the words “recovery of any expenses incurred by the Department” there shall be substituted “bearing of any expenses”; and\n(b) in head (i) after the words “carrying out of” there shall be inserted “inspections,”.",
