# The Private Streets (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, Article 6: Bearing of expenses in connection with inspection and testing of works for construction of private streets


In Article 5(1)(h) of the principal Order-
(a) for the words “recovery of any expenses incurred by the Department” there shall be substituted “bearing of any expenses”; and
(b) in head (i) after the words “carrying out of” there shall be inserted “inspections,”.
