# The Private Streets (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, Article 8: Recovery by Department of charges in respect of surveys, etc.


In Article 13(1) of the principal Order the words “, not exceeding in amount 5 per cent. of the expenses” are hereby repealed.
