# The Probation (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 1992, Paragraph 7


In rule 35 at the end there shall be added the following paragraph—
“(l) at the request of the court, assist the parties in family proceedings underPart II of the Children Act 1989 in the resolution of disputes concerning the welfare of a child.”.
