Laid before Parliament 16th September 1991
Coming into force
For the purposes of Part I of the Schedule 14th October 1991
For all other purposes 31st October 1991
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 8 and 18(1)(a) and (c) of Schedule 3 to the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973, I hereby make the following Rules:
