# The Probation (Amendment) Rules 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


PROBATION
Made 21st February 1992
Laid before Parliament 2nd March 1992
Coming into force 1st April 1992
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 18(1)(a), (b) and (c) of Schedule 3 to the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973, I hereby make the following Rules:
