In rule 5—

(a)

paragraph (2) shall be omitted;

(b)

in paragraph (1) the words “probation committee for a probation area constituted by one petty sessions area or a” and “for a probation area which comprises more than one petty sessions area” shall be omitted; and

(c)

in paragraph (3) the words “probation committee for a probation area constituted by one petty sessions area or a” shall be omitted.
