  "long_title": "These Rules amend the Probation Rules 1984 by substituting a new rule 9 (rule 2 of these Rules) and rule 11 (rule 3 of these Rules). The change in rule 9 broadens the eligibility of members of a probation committee to be the chairman or deputy chairman of the committee to include co-opted members. Under new rule 11 a probation committee is to appoint such person as it thinks fit to be its treasurer.",
