# Probation Service Act 1993 (repealed), Paragraph 4

In paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (exempt information), for the words from “appointed” to “1973” there shall be substituted the words “ within the meaning of the Probation Service Act 1993 ”.
