# Probation Service Act 1993 (repealed), Paragraph 7

In subsection (3)(e) of section 134 of the Mental Health Act 1983 (correspondence of patients), for the words from “probation” to “1973” there shall be substituted the words “ probation committee (within the meaning of the Probation Service Act 1993); ”.
