  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to this Act (transitional provisions) has effect.\n(2) The enactments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act (consequential amendments) have effect subject to the amendments set out in that Schedule.\n(3) The enactments specified in Schedule 4 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified.",
