# The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 4: Amendment of Article 2 (interpretation)


In article 2 (interpretation) in the appropriate places insert—
““The 2014 Regulations” means the Criminal Justice and Data Protection (Protocol No. 36) Regulations 2014;
“overseas confiscation order” has the same meaning as in the 2014 Regulations;”.
