# Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Section 127A: Sections 127B to 127R: meaning of “appropriate officer”

In sections 127B to 127R “appropriate officer” means—
(a) an officer of Revenue and Customs, or
(aa) an immigration officer, or
(b) a constable.
