  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement Act 2023 (Threshold Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 1st January 2026.\n(2) The amendments made by these Regulations have the same extent as the provisions to which they relate.",
