  "heading": "Information relating to a procurement",
  "text": "(1) An appropriate authority may by regulations make provision requiring certain information to be shared in a particular way, including through a specified online system.\n(2) Regulations under subsection (1) may require a contracting authority to—\n(a) share information in a particular way, or\n(b) take steps to ensure that suppliers participating in a procurement share information in a particular way.\n(3) In this section, “information” means information shared under, or for a purpose relating to, this Act.",
