  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
