# The Procurement Regulations 2024, Regulation 45: Meaning of “works” in paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 1 to the Procurement Act 2023

For the purposes of the definition of “works” in paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 1 to the PA 2023, “works” means any of the activities coming within a CPV code listed in Schedule 3.
