# The Procurement Regulations 2024, Regulation 49: Application of Parts 2 and 3 in relation to devolved Welsh authorities

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Parts 2 and 3 apply to a contracting authority that is a devolved Welsh authority in relation to a procurement under—
(a) a reserved procurement arrangement, and
(b) a transferred Northern Ireland procurement arrangement.
(2) Parts 2 and 3 do not apply to a contracting authority in relation to a procurement under a devolved Welsh procurement arrangement.
