  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024.\n(2) These Regulations, except for Part 1 and regulation 47(1) and (2), come into force at the same time at which section 11 of the Procurement Act 2023 comes into force for any purpose .\n(3) Part 1 and regulation 47(1) and (2) come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.",
