# The Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024, Regulation 16: Pipeline notices

Extent: E+W

(1) This regulation sets out what information must be included in a pipeline notice published under section 93(2) of the 2023 Act.
(2) The information is—
(a) the contracting authority information,
(b) the title of the procurement,
(c) the unique identifier for the procurement,
(d) the contract subject-matter, and
(e) the estimated date when the following will be published—
(i) the tender notice for the public contract, or
(ii) the transparency notice for the public contract.
(3) Nothing in this regulation prevents a contracting authority from publishing other relevant information in the notice.
