  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the instruments listed in the schedule.\nThe Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) (Revocation) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/2620) revoked The Child Resistant Packaging and Tactile Danger Warnings (Safety) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/2006) which implemented two European directives regulating certain types of reclosable packaging.\nThe remaining instruments listed in the schedule regulated the safety of products.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen. The Explanatory Memorandum which accompanies this instrument is available alongside a copy of the instrument itself, at: www.legislation.gov.uk.",
