  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may publish details of a failure by a relevant person to comply with a relevant security requirement in relation to a product.\n(2) The Secretary of State may publish details of any of the following—\n(a) an enforcement notice given to a person;\n(b) a penalty notice given to a person;\n(c) an order made under section 42 for the forfeiture of any products.",
