  "heading": "Offence of purporting to act as authorised to exercise enforcement function",
  "text": "(1) A person who is not authorised to exercise a function of the Secretary of State under this Chapter commits an offence if the person purports to act as a person who is so authorised.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(b) on summary conviction in Scotland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale;\n(c) on summary conviction in Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
