  "text": "(1) The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\n(a) section 27;\n(b) sections 76 to 78, this section and section 80;\n(c) any power to make regulations under or by virtue of this Act.\n(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force in accordance with provision contained in regulations made by the Secretary of State.\n(3) Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes.",
