# The Progress Power (Gas Fired Power Station) Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Travel plan during operational phase

Extent: E+W

(1) Prior to the date of final commissioning a written operational travel plan must be submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The operational travel plan must be in accordance with the outline measures to propose sustainable transport during the operational phase set out in the travel plan (other than the measures which relate to the construction phase).
(2) The operational travel plan must be carried out as approved.
