  "text": "Consumer Protection\nMade 26th June 2013\nLaid before Parliament 28th June 2013\nComing into force 1st October 2013\nThe Secretary of State is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to consumer protection and in relation to measures relating to the control of advertising.\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act.",
