# The Proscribed Organisations (Name Change) Order 2009, Article 2


Jama’at ud Da’wa, being a name that is not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for Lashkar e Tayyaba, being an organisation listed in that Schedule.
