# The Proscribed Organisations (Name Change) Order 2020, Introduction: Introductory text


Prevention And Suppression Of Terrorism
Made at 8.45 a.m. on 24th February 2020
Laid before Parliament at 11.45 a.m. on 24th February 2020
Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6) of the Terrorism Act 2000.
In accordance with section 3(6)(a) of that Act, the Secretary of State believes that the organisation listed as National Action in Schedule 2 to that Act is operating wholly or partly under a name that is not specified in that Schedule (whether as well as or instead of under the specified name).
