PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(6)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2000^f1.

In accordance with section 3(6)(a) of that Act, the Secretary of State believes that the organisation listed as Baluchistan Liberation Army in Schedule 2 to that Act is operating wholly or partly under a name that is not specified in that Schedule (whether as well as or instead of under the specified name).
