# The Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2006, Article 2


(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being names that are not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for the Kurdistan Workers' Party (Partiya Karkeren Kurdistan) (PKK), being an organisation listed in that Schedule.
(2) Those names are—
(a) Kongra Gele Kurdistan, and
(b) KADEK.
