PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2000^f1.

In accordance with section 3 (6) (a) of that Act, the Secretary of State believes that the organisations referred to in article 2 of this Order, being organisations listed in Schedule 2 to that Act, are operating wholly or partly under names that are not specified in that Schedule (whether as well as or instead of under the specified names).
