# The Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 28th November 2005.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) Regulations 1996.
