Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 1 of the principal Regulations
In regulation 1(2) of the principal Regulationsf1 (citation, commencement and interpretation) there shall be inserted in the appropriate alphabetical place the following definition—
““mixed benefit contracted-out scheme” means an occupational pension scheme to which section 149(1) of the Pensions Act 1995 (hybrid occupational pension schemes) applies and which is contracted-out;”.
