  "text": "Insolvency\nBankruptcy\nDebt\nMade 24th November 2016\nComing into force 30th November 2016\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 166(2)(b) and (c), 169, 170(1)(b) and (e), 174(2) and (3), 175(1), 181(2), 183(1)(a) and (b), 184(1)(b) and (2)(a), 186(3) and (9), 194(1) and (3) and 225(2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 225(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
