  "text": "BANKRUPTCY\nMade 28th March 2008\nComing into force 1st April 2008\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of, and paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 72(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
