Regulation 22 Action after discharge of trust

The trustee must, immediately after the trustee has received his discharge,–

(a)

confirm to the Accountant that the trustee has been discharged; and

(b)

send to the Accountant for registration in the register of insolvencies the trustee’s statement of realisation and distribution of estate under a protected trust deed which will be in the form of Form 7 set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
