# The Protected Trust Deeds (Scotland) Regulations 2008, Regulation 7: Notice in the Edinburgh Gazette


Forthwith after the trust deed has been delivered to the trustee, the trustee must publish in the Edinburgh Gazette a notice in the form of Form 1 set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
