Regulation 9 Accession by creditors to the trust deed

(1)

The trust deed must be acceded to by the notified creditors.

(2)

The trust deed will be deemed to be acceded to by the notified creditors, unless within the relevant period the trustee has received notification in writing from a majority in number or not less than one third in value of those creditors that they object to the trust deed.
