  "text": "In this Part “relevant proxy advisor services” means proxy advisor services provided to a shareholder with respect to the shares of any company where—\n(a) the company's registered office is situated in the United Kingdom ... or in Gibraltar; and\n(b) the shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market situated or operating within the United Kingdom ... or in Gibraltar.",
