# The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2016, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 26th May 2016.
