# The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2016, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1999


(1) The Visiting Forces and International Headquarters (Application of Law) Order 1999 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 5 (enactments extending general Crown privilege to visiting forces etc.), after the entry relating to the Sunday Trading Act 1994, insert—
“The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 (c. 2).”.
